If you're struggling to string together a comprehensive agility workout that will actually improve the way you skate, jam, and/or block- this is the answer for you. 6 weeks of agility 1-2x/wk that will transform the way you skate and handle your opponents on the track.
If you're looking to get better lower body muscle gains in your current strength program then improving your range of motion is the best way to go, in which case go with the Mobility Meets Muscle 6-week program.
The agility sessions are between 20-30 min 1-2x/week (you choose- the workouts are repeated)
The mobility sessions are between 10-15 minutes 4-7 days/week.
You don't need to buy anything especially if you have access to a gym. The only needed equipment is for the Agility program: a 6lb medball (ideal) or a 10lb bumper plate. There is no needed special equipment for the Mobility Meets Muscle program- most things you can get creative with.
If you are looking for your skills on the track to improve as a jammer OR a blocker the Agility program is great. You will learn how to be more reactive on your feet, which is key when getting around opponents or responding to what others are doing.
If you have been doing a strength program and you're disappointed with your lack of muscle mass gains in your butt or legs then the Mobility Meets Muscle program is awesome. Most people spend their focus on getting heavier with the weights they're moving, but fail to recognize that without range of motion you will be stunting your growth. In order for muscles to grow big you need to bring them through bigger ranges of motion and if your joints don't know how to do that, then you won't see that thicc booty.
If you want both- bigger muscles AND be agile AF then get the bundle. Plus you'll be able to send me form check videos and I'll send back text or audio responses to help.
